Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

We value your business and so if you are not happy with your purchase in anyway, please read our policy and return to the address at the bottom of this page. Please also notify us at returns@safe2stay.co.uk of any returns.

  1. Cancellations

1.1 You have a statutory right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you you receive the goods purchased.

1.2 You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by contacting us at returns@safe2stay.co.uk. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item.

1.3 The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

1.4 We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication.

1.5 We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

1.6 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.

1.7 We will not refund the cost of sending the item/s back to us.

  1. Exceptions to the right of cancellation

2.1 The right of cancellation does not apply to products unsuitable for return due to reason of being unsealed/used by you after delivery.

  1. Returns

3.1 As well as your statutory cancellation rights detailed above, we also offer a voluntary returns policy.

3.2 You can return goods purchased within 30 days of receipt of the product if the products are in an unused/ undamaged condition.

3.3 All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

3.4 You must inform us of your decision to return your order by contacting us within the 30 days at returns@safe2stay.co.uk.

3.5 We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication.

3.6 We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

3.7 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.

3.8 We will not refund the cost of sending the item/s back to us.

4 Defective or damaged items

4.1 You can return all items that are damaged or defective for a refund or exchange.

4.2 You must inform us of any defective or damaged items by contacting us at returns@safe2stay.co.uk.

4.3 We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us or we will replace the item/s.

4.4 If a refund is requested we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

4.5 If you return any damaged or defective item/s, we will refund the costs incurred sending the item/s back to us.

4.6 If the return of a damaged or defective item is out of the 30 day returns period, we will send you a replacement item, and if a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price.

  1. Exceptions to your rights to return defective/ damaged items

5.1 We will not refund or replace any items if the defects are due to accidental or deliberate damage, caused by external factors or general wear and tear.

  1. Unsatisfied customers

6.1 For the return of used items where you are unsatisfied, you must contact us at returns@safe2stay.co.uk.

6.2 Unsatisfied customers will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
